Bespoke Trend Presentation on the Future of Food and Drink

Following the industry’s positive response to our Food and Drink Futures Forum held in partnership with The Future Laboratory in October 2015, we kicked off our bespoke client food and drink workshops.

Our first workshop took place for Gastronometro Culinary Institute & Metro Cash and Carry. The workshop was given to all employees at Metro Cash & Carry. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Vedat Demir, the chefs at Gastronometro brought to life our global and local food and drink trends with delicious delights such as clean food, modern menemen and foie gras churros.
